About

Built at the intersection of commercial pressure and nervous system science.

Pressure Calibration was created for leaders who are still performing — but paying for it through tension, reactivity, poor recovery, or decision fatigue.

Alex Cobos and Elina Kadaja

Why we built this

Revenue leaders are measured by outcomes. The system producing them is human.

When pressure stays high for too long, performance doesn't usually collapse all at once. It degrades quietly — in ways that are easy to rationalise until they're not. Pressure Calibration exists to help leaders spot that pattern early and recalibrate before it becomes expensive.

How it degrades

  • 01Sharper reactions — faster to frustration, slower to recover
  • 02Worse sleep — cortisol elevated, recovery incomplete
  • 03Narrower thinking — tunnel vision, fewer options visible
  • 04Lower patience — team absorbs your state before you speak
  • 05Poorer recovery — weekends don't restore what weeks take

The founders

Built by people who've carried the load — and learned how to manage it.

Elina understands the nervous system. Alex understands the revenue environment.

What Elina brings

Clinical precision in nervous system regulation — adapted for commercial contexts, not therapeutic ones.

What Alex brings

15 years of commercial reality — the pressure of quota, forecast, board expectations, and team performance.

What that means for you

A programme that's clinically grounded and commercially relevant — built around how revenue leaders actually work.

How we work

Four principles that shape everything we do.

01

Measurable, not anecdotal

Every engagement starts with a baseline and ends with a delta. We use the Kirkpatrick Model — the same framework Alex applied across 10+ years at Coursera, FT and Wiley.

02

Built around your week

Protocols work in 2–5 minutes inside your existing schedule. No new habits required — just better use of the gaps you already have.

03

Your data stays yours

If you use a wearable, we use your own data. Your device. Your data. Never shared after the programme ends.

04

Selective by design

10 spots per quarter. Not artificial scarcity — the work requires genuine 1:1 attention.
